Another post-modern teen movie, completely aware of its tropes that uses its dissection and remixing of them around and spewing them out in a Wes Anderson-esque stylized pastiche. It's entertaining, it moves, it's got style (some of which is stolen from others), but it still has its own soul. Also, the references! References upon references upon references. If you like movies this movie will make you feel like a smarty-pants.
